When we think of the body, we often this of one of two things: the physical aspect, that is, the flesh and bones; or the biological aspect, that is, the cells and organs. Seldom do we consider that the body is also comprised of an intelligent power, encompassing the body's ability to beat a heart or pump blood through the veins, or even the body's ability to digest food, eliminate waste, and grow or renew tissue, cells, and muscles. These functions are often reliant on one's ability to keep the body in a healthy state, which for the most part includes regular exercise and a nutritious diet.
