In today's society, we are always on the go. We run for the bus, rush to work, try to fit in grocery runs where ever we can, and often end up spending our weekends cleaning the house, doing laundry, and running errands.
It can be incredibly difficult to make time for ourselves, and often what is sacrificed is self care.
